  • Manage bookings and cancellations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.

  How do I receive payments for bookings?

Payments are processed securely through SafariGlobe. After a guest checks in or a service is delivered, payments are transferred to your registered bank account within 7 business days. You can track your payments through the Vendor Dashboard.

  What happens if a guest cancels a booking?

Our cancellation policies are designed to protect both vendors and guests. You can set your own cancellation policy, and guests will be informed before booking. If a guest cancels within the allowed time frame, no penalty will apply. For late cancellations, you may be eligible to retain part or all of the booking fee.

Yes, you can create special offers, discounts, and promotions through your Vendor Dashboard. These promotions can help attract more bookings and increase visibility on the platform.
