Payment Terms; All bookings are subject to availability. Customers are required to pay a 100% to confirm their booking. Payments can be made via Credit card or Mpesa Paybill. Receipts will be issued for all payments made to the Company. Any additional fees or charges by the Service Provider will be communicated to the Customer before booking confirmation. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made at least 4 days before the cruise date will be eligible for a refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%. Cancellations made within 3 days of the cruise date are non-refundable. Refund process will take 14 to 21 working days If the Service Provider cancels the cruise, the Company will work with the Customer to either reschedule the cruise or process a refund. The Company is not liable for refunds or compensation in case of cancellations
